Who Can Attend?
Girls of all ages and their parents are welcome to attend. Due to the nature of meditation, stretching, and breathwork exercises, we expect many of the participants to be 5-22 years old.
What to Bring?
We encourage participants to wear their FFF shirts if you have one. To ensure your comfort for the stretching exercises and sound bath, please bring a yoga mat, pillow, and light blanket.
Participants will NOT need to bring any cleats, flags, or mouth guards as there will be no tournaments or scrimmage at this event.
Registration Fee: $39
All athletes and parents will need a ticket for this event. Children 4 and under are free.
