🏈 NEW This Fall: Tuesday Night Flag Football Clinics + Scrimmages!

Get More Reps. Try New Positions. Build Game-Day Confidence.

We’re excited to announce that FNL South County is offering NEW Tuesday Night Clinic & Scrimmage Series this Fall at Lake Forest Sports Park, open to boys and girls in 3rd–6th grade!

Whether your player wants more game-time reps, extra coaching, or the chance to try a new position, these sessions are designed to help athletes learn, compete, and build confidence in real game situations.

TUESDAY NIGHT SCHEDULE

📍 Lake Forest Sports Park

Girls | 3rd–6th Grade 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM

Boys | 3rd–6th Grade 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Each one-hour session will include:

🏈 20 minutes of instruction & skill development 🔥 40 minutes of competitive scrimmaging

MORE THAN JUST A SCRIMMAGE

Players will work through situations they’ll actually encounter on game day, including:

• No-run zone situations

• 3rd & long

• Short-yardage plays

• Extra-point conversions

• Offensive and defensive scenarios

• Situational decision-making

Our goal is to create an environment where players can execute plays, learn by watching from the sidelines, and receive real-time coaching and instruction.

Even better, players will have the opportunity to try different positions they may not normally get to play on their FNL or other league teams. It’s a great way to develop a better understanding of the game while becoming a more versatile athlete.

7-WEEK SESSION (1 practice per week on Tuesday nights, starting 9/15): $140
